The Fifth Fasting Day

Today at the latest, you will experience a sense of overall wellness.

You feel so happy and elated that you could hug the entire world. The turmoil in your mind throughout the past days is gone and forgotten.
You derive power and zest for life deeply from within yourself. You are full of vitality and you could rip out trees.  
You will support the digestion organs during the cleansing and regeneration process today.

Today’s meal plan:

  • Drink 3 cups of fennel tea and 200 ml fruit juice diluted, with the same amount of mineral water in the morning. Prepare the tea from 2 tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. max. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups of camomile tea and suck the juice out of one slice of lemon for lunch. Prepare the tea from 4 tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups of anise tea and eat one tbs of honey in the afternoon.
    Prepare the tea from 2 tbs of crushed anise fruits; pour ½ litre boiling water over it,
    steep 10 min. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups St. Johns wort tea in the evening. Pour ½ litre of boiling water over 3 tbs,
    steep 5 min. and strain.

What else to pay attention to today:

  • You may be physically active today, however, do not physically exhaust yourself. Starting tomorrow, you may also use the sauna again.
  • Although you may be able to jump out of bed this morning, adhere to doing everything
    in a positive, calm manner and with the necessary diligence.
  • Take your time for your morning program, tea time as well as rest and relaxation. Since you have practiced autogenous training for several days now, the success thereof is probably coming much faster than in the beginning? How far have you progressed with your creative tasks?
  • The colon purging must be implemented today again.
  • Don’t go to bed too late and take a foot soak with increasingly hot water as a sleep aid after this active day.
