  • Drink 3 cups of pansy tea and 200 ml fruit juice diluted with the same amount of mineral water in the morning. Prepare the tea from four tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep

  • Drink 3 cups of camomile tea and suck the juice out of one slice of lemon for lunch. Prepare the tea from four tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. and strain.

  • Drink 3 cups of peppermint tea and eat one tbs of honey in the afternoon.
    Prepare the tea from 5 tbs of for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups lemon balm tea in the evening. Prepare the tea from 5 tbs for ½ litre of boiling water, steep 10 min. max. and strain.

What else to pay attention to today:

  • Today you will purge the intestines for the last time, effective tomorrow; you will start to slowly build up a normal intestinal peristalsis again.
  • Have you purchased the ingredients for the  build up days already? Pay attention at the grocery store to how intense everything smells at the fresh food counters. Are you
