The Sixth Fasting Day

Today you probably think you could continue fasting like this forever. Don’t over-estimate yourself.
You shouldn’t fast for more than 7 days without the supervision and observation of a physician under any circumstances.
Today’s topic is cleansing of the respiratory tract.


Today’s meal plan:

  • Drink 3 cups of mulberry tea and 200 ml fruit juice diluted, with 200 ml of mineral water in the morning. Prepare the tea from 4 tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min.  and
    strain.
  • Drink 3 cups of elderberry tea and suck the juice out of one slice of lemon for lunch. Prepare the tea from 3 tbs for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups of rose hip tea and eat one tbs of honey in the afternoon.
    Prepare the tea from 4 tbs of for ½ litre boiling water, steep 10 min. and strain.
  • Drink 3 cups sleeping tea mix in the evening. Prepare the tea from 4 tbs for ½ litre of boiling water, steep 5 min. max. and strain.

What else to pay attention to today:

  • In two days you will start the build up phase and slowly introduce your organism
    to solid food again. Review your shopping list and check if you have everything you need at
    home. If not, plan on going shopping.
  • Your tissue has dehydrated well; you have lost quite a bit of body weight. Pamper your skin and treat yourself to an enjoyable bath with additives like sea salt, milk or whey
    and honey. Dissolve approximately 400g of sea salt in hot water. Heat one litre of milk
    or whey with one jar of honey until the honey has dissolved. Add everything to the bathwater and soak in the tub at 37°C; not exceeding 20 min. Encourage the skin’s
    blood flow with a massage brush or a loofah glove. Begin massaging at the outer
    right foot progressing over the outer leg up to the buttocks, thereafter brush inside. Subsequently, brush the left leg. Repeat the same process with the right hand, progressing over the arm up to the shoulder first outside, then inside. Repeat with the
    left arm. Now do the stomach and buttocks and lastly shoulders and back. Take a quick shower following the bath and just blot the water from the skin.
  • Today you may finally visit the sauna again. Do only two cycles of maximal 7-10 min. Adhere to the breaks between cycles and take a warm shower before going to the
    diving pool.
  • Following today’s lunch tea, you will apply a liver wrap and rest for the last time.
  • Did you keep your diary on regular basis?  How may pages of the changes you have experienced does it contain now?
  • Your morning program (breathing exercises, gymnastic, dry brush massage, alternating showers) as well as your evening program (autogenous training, foot soak) are
    now a part of your daily ritual, still, do not let it become a routine.
  • Be gracious, but not arrogant toward your fellow human beings if they are irritated by
    your healthy and buoyant charisma or are in a bad mood. You are not responsible for that.
